Q&A

Is the stopper designed by yourself?

Yes, the stopper is our own design.

How do I use the stopper?

To use the stopper, twist it left and right into the front hole of the toy. This makes it easier to tighten and ensures that the liquid stays inside the toy, not in the freezer or on the countertop. Once your toy contents are completely frozen, remove the stopper with a gentle twist and pull.

What are the washing instructions for stoppers?

This product is not heat-resistant! Please follow these instructions:

✔ Hand wash with soap and cool water. You can use dishwashing detergents.

✘ Not dishwasher safe - heat will melt the product!

✘ Do not use with hot food or liquids! Heat can cause the product to melt or warp.

☆ Ensure the plug and toy are dry before insertion.

What is the material of the stopper?

The stopper is made from PETG, a variant of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). PETG is widely used in food and beverage containers due to its non-toxic and food-contact-safe properties. Our dripper tippers are 3D printed in-house using this material. PETG is also considered as the most environmentally friendly because of its recyclability.

How can I increase the food safety of the stopper?

To enhance the food safety of the stopper, follow these steps:

  1. Cleaning: Wash the plugs with mild soap and water to remove any bacteria. Ensure they are thoroughly dried before reuse.
  2. Freezing: Freezing the plugs can inhibit bacterial growth, making them safer to use. Dripper tipper plugs are designed to function effectively even when frozen.
  3. Food-Safe Coating: For additional protection, consider applying a permanent food-safe coating, such as epoxy resin, to the stoppers. This coating can create a barrier that prevents bacteria from adhering to the surface.
